Responsibilities:

  • To plan, initiate, coordinate and manage the entire development, marketing and sales objective to ensure the growth and profitability of Hunter Douglas Sun Control & Façade business.
  • To liaise with Hunter Douglas’s manufacturing facilities based both in Europe and China.
  • To develop distributors network national wide.
  • To be accountable on cladding / façade business development and sales turnover.
  • Organise and carry out presentations to architects and clients to increase product awareness.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or Business.
  • Work experiences as the specification Sales or Technical Manager for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Preferred experience in cladding / façade / curtain wall / window business.
  • Has keen interest in developing and managing business of facades & sun control systems.
  • Matured personality, results driven and strong communications in English.
  • Ability to work independently and willing to travel both local and overseas.
  • Possess own transport.

Responsibilities:
 
  1. Develop and Implement Company’s sales and marketing strategies to specifiers and project owners.
  2. Responsible for the efficient and profitable sales and distribution of all products, ensuring that all orders and services from clients are promptly and actively handled.
  3. Responsible for timely collection of all payments from customers within the specified credit limit.
  4. Ensure that special assignments are executed and co-ordinated under optimum conditions.
  5. Communicates effectively with all clients, inform them of the Company’s products, services, promotional activities, prices, product qualities and other programme.
  6. Identify potential customers’ business opportunities and follow through the successful conversion of opportunities into sales.

  • 1-2 years’ sales and marketing experience in building materials an advantage
  • Has keen interest in developing business of building material
  • Matured personality, results driven and strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Valid class 3 driving licence with own car

  • To apply design and technical skill for design proposal to specifiers, designers and distributors.
